Rouge Days is a series of outdoor community events held yearly to celebrate the Rouge River Watershed. They take place over a 7-day period throughout the jurisdictions that fall within the Watershed. The events change every year, with the target audience being families.

For 2018, the brief included the creation of a video to promote the event. With the majority of the population now doing their internet viewing on their cell phone, the decision was made to create the video using the 1:1 (Square) format.
